About us
We are a family-run 3 building complex in the charming Art Nouveau neighborhood in the center of Riga. Our two four-floor buildings are on a bustling Riga center street, Pulkvezha Briezha, and offer a perfect location for office and commercial spaces. Our third five-floor building is located in a quiet courtyard in back, and is a residential building that offers apartment rentals to families, young professionals, and Riga visitors who want the convenience of living in a city center. Parking is available both on the street and in the gated courtyard.
